Job Overview
We are seeking a talented and motivated Marketing and Sales Intern to join our dynamic team at NextgenID. This role offers a hands-on experience in both marketing and sales functions, providing an excellent opportunity to develop practical skills and contribute to impactful projects. The ideal candidate will be a current undergraduate student passionate about marketing and sales, with excellent communication skills, creative thinking, and a willingness to engage in research to support marketing and sales strategies.

Responsibilities

• Marketing Strategies: Develop comprehensive marketing strategies that align with NextgenID’s target audience and goals.
• Social Media Management: Manage and grow NextgenID’s social media (LinkedIn) presence by creating and curating content, engaging with followers, and analyzing performance metrics.
• Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to identify potential leads, develop outreach strategies, and track sales progress.
• Research: Conduct research on industry trends, target markets, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform marketing and sales initiatives.
• Analytics and Reporting: Monitor the performance of marketing and sales initiatives using analytics tools, providing actionable insights for improvement.
• Brand Management: Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials and channels.

Qualifications

• Must be a current undergraduate student, either a junior or senior.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media management tools, email marketing platforms).
• Ability to conduct research and synthesize findings into actionable insights.
• Creativity and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
• Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
• Potential for employment based on graduation timeline and performance during the internship.

Important Dates

• Compensation: Unpaid internship with the potential for employment after 3–6 months based on performance.
