  • Work closely with clients to understand their technical requirements and translate them into effective solutions utilizing our products.
  • Conduct product installations, configurations, and integration efforts in both on-premises and cloud environments.
  • Perform quality assurance testing on our products to ensure they meet performance, security, and compliance standards.
  • Lead client-facing technical meetings and presentations, demonstrating the capabilities and benefits of our solutions.
  • Provide post-sales technical support and troubleshooting to resolve issues during implementation and integration.
  • Collaborate with the product development team to communicate client feedback and contribute to enhancing our offerings.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and emerging identity enrollment and authentication technologies.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and clients.
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel locally for client meetings and fieldwork.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with a passion for staying updated with the latest industry advancements.

Location
