QA Automation Test Engineer

Job description

The Automation Test Engineer shall be responsible for the testing and software integration of support services, including the testing and evaluation of the software performance and feature capability of next-generation identity solution using Selenium IDE or a comparable tool.

Job Responsibilities

  • Create test scripts, framework and execute functional, regression and end-to-end automated scripts for products front-end and back-end applications.
  • Select the test cases to be automated and perform functional testing of the front-end using Selenium (IDE and Web Drive) and create data driven framework.
  • Script for automation and manage automated Jenkins pipeline jobs
  • Design and implement CI/CD pipeline automation in TestNG environment
  • Managed overall automation for the project and build to ensure full test coverage of user requirements
  • Ready to embrace a fast-paced work environment with deadlines and new challenge

Job Skills

  • Experience with Selenium IDE, Selenium WebDrive, Eclipse, Marven, TestNG frame environment
  • Experience in Manual and Automated testing of GUI and functional aspects of Client- server and web based applications on Software Test Life Cycle (STLC)
  • Experience with software testing methodologies, including test planning, test case design, test execution, and test result analysis
  • Experience with creating clear and concise documentation for test plans, procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting guides
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, report findings, discuss requirements, and present solutions
  • Experience with executing test plans and the evaluation of software and system level capabilities

Qualifications & Requirements

  • 3-5 years of professional experience in testing with extensive knowledge of Automation Framework Design and Implementation using Selenium tool
  • Hands-on experience in using Selenium with Java, Cucumber, Marven, TestNG, and Jenkins
  • Working experience in AWS Cloud services
  • Well-acquainted with the software development (SDLC) and software testing life cycle (STLC)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Math, Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or related discipline form an accredited college or university

Compensation
$95,000 – $124,000 annually
