Position Overview
NextgenID is seeking a dynamic and technically skilled Engineering Manager to join our innovative
team. This role requires technical mastery in both hardware and software development, with a strong
preference for experience in biometric and document capture and imaging systems. The ideal candidate
will lead and supervise the Development, QA, and Technical Service teams, ensuring seamless
collaboration and delivery of NextgenID’s cutting-edge solutions. The Engineering Manager will report
directly to the CTO and play a pivotal role in driving the technical execution of our identity
