Our interactive software is highly customizable and can integrate with your systems to create a user experience that quickly adapts to your specific workflows.

Identity Starts Here™
Innovating Identity Enrollment & Proofing

NextgenID takes pride in working with NIST to innovate the standards of high assurance identity proofing remotely. NextgenID is the only NIST-compliant provider and IP holder of Supervised Remote-Identity Proofing for High Assurance Identities over its patented identity platform. As a result, NextgenID leads the identity market in high assurance identity proofing and enrollment innovation for automated, proctored, in-person, and remotely supervised identity workflows.

At NextgenID, we have worked diligently on understanding the standards released by NIST when developing our unique solutions. We are the only company that offers Supervised Remote-Identity Proofing (SRIP) for Identity Assurance Levels 1-3. NextgenID's Supervised Remote Identity Proofing service begins with the collection of identity information from an individual. The biographic information is collected and verified by connecting the individual to a Supervised Identity Proofing Agent who uses two forms of ID and live biometric capture images, such as fingerprint scanners or iris scanners, to verify the user's identity.

Patented Technology
Supervised Remote-Identity Proofing (SRIP)

NextgenID worked diligently to understand NIST standards and as a result, we developed powerful remote capabilities now available as commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS). This significantly reduces required staffing, translating into greatly reduced operational budgets while providing benefits like expanded language offerings, extended hours of operation, and increased output with reduced wait times. The remote operator experience includes:

Remotely Operated

Agents operate the portal and guide enrollees through the process remotely. Whether across the room, in the next office, or anywhere else in the world, agents can safely perform identity proofing.

Unmanned Portal

Enrollees work with an unmanned and properly configured portal to interact and capture critical data. Depending on the request, the portal can be customized with multiple workflows.

Sanitary Interaction

Engaging with the portal necessitates minimal interaction. To reduce cross-contamination, sanitized wipes should be utilized in between uses.

How it Works
What is SRIP

Supervised Remote Identity Proofing requires individuals to provide two forms of identification like a driver's license, passport, and biometric information, such as a fingerprint or iris scan. The individual must connect to an agent using a live video feed and record the required information using a web-based application to conduct this process.

NextgenID's SRIP offers a more secure and safer methods of identity proofing than in-person meetings or self-service kiosks because it reduces the opportunity for fraud and provides a direct connection to trained professionals.
Supervised Remote Identity Proofing can be used for a variety of identity verification applications, including: • Government benefits and services
• Online banking and account opening
• E-commerce transactions
• Access control and security
• Immigration and border control
• Government benefits and services
One of the most effective methods for verifying an individual's identity is supervised remote identity proofing, as specified in NIST 800-63-3a.

High Assurance Identity
Proofing and Enrollment

Allows in-person identity proofing agents to be remotely located while meeting all levels of required identity proofing.

Continued Identity Proofing
in a Remote World

With the rise of remote work in recent years, our SRIP eliminates the inefficient and costly direct personal relationship that currently exists between proofing agents and enrollment workstations. Because agents are positioned remotely, they can service all enrollment workstations regardless of their location.

SRIP Enables and
Accelerates Capabilities for:

• Servicing nationwide subscribers.
• Safety of both agents and applicants to ensure absolute social distancing requirements.
• Customer continuity of service and revenue.

High Assurance
Identity Enrollment & Proofing

How does the SRIP enrollment work? The enrollee uses an unmanned identity portal to interact with a remote in-person proofing operator via a secure two-way audio and video connection to capture the required identity information and biometrics. The enrollee has minimal contact with the portal. Whether across the room, at their home office, or in a facility in the next state, an agent remotely guides the enrollee through the steps from a safe distance. SRIP offers the ideal combination of convenience and ease of use.

Supervised Remote-Identity Proofing in Three Easy Steps

01  Enrollees interact with an unmanned or manned, all-in-one identity portal to capture required identity information and biometrics

02  Engagement with the portal requires minimal contact; sanitized wipes are provided to clean keyboard, screen and fingerprint scanner equipment between uses
03  Operators remotely guide enrollees though the process and operate the portal
