NextgenID's Supervised Remote Identity Proofing service, also known as Onsite Attended, begins with the collection of identity information from an individual. The biographic information is collected and verified by connecting the individual to a Supervised Identity Proofing Agent who uses two forms of ID and live biometric capture images, such as fingerprint scanners or iris scanners, to verify the user's identity.

Remotely Operated

Agents operate the station and guide enrollees through the process remotely. Whether across the room, in the next office, or anywhere else in the world, agents can safely perform identity proofing.

Unmanned Station

Enrollees work with an unmanned and properly configured station to interact and capture critical data. Depending on the request, the station can be customized with multiple workflows.

Sanitary Interaction

Engaging with the station necessitates minimal interaction. To reduce cross-contamination, sanitized wipes should be utilized in between uses.
