NextgenID Puts Its Customers and Partners on Stage at Identity Week America to Confront AI-Driven Identity Fraud

For Immediate Release

FAIRFAX, Va. — July 28, 2026 — NextgenID, a leader in identity infrastructure, is returning to Identity Week America as a Gold Sponsor for the fifth consecutive year. This year the company goes beyond the exhibition floor. NextgenID will host two panel discussions on the question defining the industry right now: how AI is changing identity, and how the industry proves who is who when deception has never been cheaper. The event runs September 2 and 3, 2026, at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center in Washington, D.C. NextgenID will meet customers and partners at Booth 901.

The urgency is measurable. Deepfake identity fraud is on track to climb 495 percent in 2026 over the prior year (Shufti Identity Fraud Index, via Security Management, June 2026). AI has made it cheap to fake a face, a voice, and a document. The systems that verify a person now have to be stronger than the tools built to defeat them. That shift is what both NextgenID panels address head on.

Two panels, one question: how does trust survive AI

The customer panel. NextgenID will bring together customers who have been innovating alongside the company in the fight against identity fraud. They will share what is working in the field, where AI has changed the threat, and how they are staying ahead of it.

The partner panel. A second panel brings NextgenID partners to the stage to share the technologies that complement its platform. The focus is countering AI-driven fraud and reaching the highest level of assurance in proving that a person is who they claim to be.

Together, the two sessions move the conversation from the threat to the response, from the people who face fraud every day to the people building what stops it.

“Five years in, we did not want to just staff a booth. This year we are putting our customers and our partners on the stage. One panel brings the customers who are innovating with us against identity fraud. The other brings the partners whose technology complements ours to prove, with certainty, that a person is who they claim to be. AI has moved the ground under this entire industry. The honest response is to put the people doing the real work in front of the room and let them speak,” said Mohab Murrar, President and CEO of NextgenID.

“Trust is infrastructure. You build it to last or you do not build it at all. That is the standard we bring to this event every year, and it is why our customers and partners are willing to stand on the stage with us,” Murrar added.
